Our sample sale has concluded.

Below is the information regarding items purchased during this sale.

All these items have slight imperfections that may include (but are not limited to):

— Small scratches/dents/plating inconsistencies

— Locket necklace closing inconsistently or not staying closed

— Stones not properly secured

— Uneven text/engraving

Please note: these flaws are cosmetic only and do not affect the overall wearability of the piece.

All sample sale purchases are final sale.

No cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.

Our normal packaging will be "while supplies last". With putting every last piece we have up for sale, our one bottleneck is the amount of boxes and pouches we have. That being said, orders with multiple rings might be packed in boxes together to both reduce waste and allow us to offer as many pieces as possible.

Pre-Order Details

• Payment is collected at the time of purchase
• All pre-order items are final sale and orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
• Rings from this pre-order will take approximately 2 months to produce

Shipping Information

• Any order containing the Valkyrie Ribbon Ring from the pre-order will not ship until the ring is ready

For example: if you pre-order a Valkyrie Ribbon Ring and add a Kindle case to your cart, both items will ship together once the ring is completed.

• If you would like certain in stock items sooner, please place a separate order for those items

Shipping Policy

Please note that all shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on location. Processing time for most items is 5-10 business days (Monday - Friday). Jewelry purchased on or around the day it restocks typically has a bit longer processing time due to the higher than normal influx of orders. This could extend normal processing times by a few days. Shipping times given are an estimate so please check your tracking number for the most accurate updates. A reminder that the shipping time you see when you select your shipping service is the amount of time it will take once the package is with the post office, this does not include the processing time it takes to package your order.

From Books To Books is not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses, so please double check your information at checkout. We are also not responsible for parcels damaged, lost, stolen, misplaced, or failed delivery attempts by delivery agents since we don't have control over what happens once we drop it off at the postal office.

If you do find something has happened with your order during transit please reach out via the contact us form with your name and order number, and I am happy to further discuss.

International Shipping

We currently offer worldwide shipping to countries allowed through Shopify. At this time, due to the new GPSR law, we cannot ship to countries within the EU or Northern Ireland. Please note that all shipping costs will be calculated in checkout. International shipping (outside of US) may be subject to customs fees and taxes at checkout. Customers are responsible for these charges as well as any fees incurred upon delivery

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges/Cancellations

All purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable. Cancellation of your order is possible prior to shipping. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order to receive a refund if your item has not shipped yet. If there is an issue with your order please contact us for any help.

Jewelry Specific Info:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on sizing or change of mind.

Each item is carefully checked during our quality control process prior to each drop. However, if you receive an item that was damaged or looks very different from what you ordered, contact frombookstobooks@gmail.com

For any faulty or incorrect items, contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

Please keep in mind that each piece is handmade so slight variation between each may be possible regarding aspects such as size, color, and finish. These variations won't be grounds for a replacement or refund.

All of our rings are crafted in standard US sizes. View the chart below to see how US sizes map to finger circumference and convert to international sizes. 

Please keep in mind the thickness of rings when selecting your size. Our Darling and Aelin Flame Rings are a thicker band and thus may fit slightly tighter than other rings with a thinner band. However, the variation in band thickness doesn't generally constitute altering your original size selection. 

* For reference, I wear a size US 6 in all the rings and they fit pretty similarly

Our pieces are made of high grade stainless steel and 18K gold PVD plating, meaning they are extremely slow to tarnish if you care for them. Over time, most all jewelry experiences some discoloration due to constant wear/exposure to moisture, but here are some tips to make your new bookish pieces last :)

• Although it may be tempting to wear your jewelry to sword training with your enemy followed by a dip in the sea to cool off from all the hot tension between you both, limiting moisture from sweat, sea water, and lotions will help protect your jewelry for years to come
• Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place such as the pouch we provided in your order
• Try to prevent your jewelry from tangling against other jewelry or rubbing on hard objects as this could create scratches on the plated designs
